ASX Voluntary Suspension

Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company") (ASX,AIM:CLA) advises
that, further to the announcement on 2 February 2026,  trading in the shares
of the Company have been put into voluntary suspension on the Australian
Securities Exchange ("ASX") effective from 4 February 2026.

 

Voluntary suspension was requested pending an application to the Supreme Court
of Western Australia by the Company seeking orders in connection with the
purported resignation of the Company's prior auditor in 2011 not having taken
effect in accordance with section 329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

 

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier
of its application being heard and determined by the Court and the
commencement of trading on Monday, 9 February 2026.

 

Further announcements relating to this matter will be made in due course.
Trading of the Company's shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange
remains unaffected.
