Brief: Topsil Semiconductor Materials extends long-term float zone wafer deal

Jan 5 (Reuters) - Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S  TPSL.CO : 
    * Topsil and one of its major customer today signed an agreement for a two-year extension of 
the current long term agreement on sales of float zone wafers until and including 2017 
    * Says agreement will not have any impact on expectations for 2014
