ZURICH/BERLIN, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:

The bank is looking to apply for a mutual fund license in
China, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar
with the matter.
MERCURIA 7347.T
A subsidiary of China's CNIC Corp has bought a minority
stake in Swiss-based global energy trader Mercuria, sources

SIKA SIKA.S
Canada's competition bureau said it reached an agreement
with Sika AG to address competition concerns with its
acquisition of MBCC Group. Sika AG has agreed to sell certain
MBCC Group assets to a single independent purchaser to be
approved by the Commissioner of Competition, the authority said.
CREDIT SUISSE CSGN.S
Apollo is in discussions regarding $750 million First Boston
leveraged-finance bet, Bloomberg News reported.
CEMBRA MONEY BANK AG CMBN.S
The bank confirmed its 2023 targets after reporting 2022 net
