ZURICH/BERLIN, July 28(Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday:

Half-year results due.
COMPANY STATEMENTS
* SIX Swiss Exchange said it had imposed a fine of CHF
20,000 ($21,706.10) on Asmallworld AG ASWN.S for violations of
the rules concerning the disclosure of management transactions.
* Forbo Holding AG FORN.S said its half-year group profit
fell to CHF 31.7 million, versus CHF 61.2 million in the
prior-year period.
* CRISPR Therapeutics AG CRSP.BN posted a net loss of
$79.7 million for the second quarter of 2020 compared to a net
loss of $53.7 million for the second quarter of 2019.
* Tecan TECN.S said it appointed Ingrid Puergstaller as a
member of the Management Board and Chief People Officer with
effect from Aug. 1.
