ZURICH/BERLIN, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
SUNRISE COMMUNICATIONS SRCG.S
Overall investor reactions on the UPC deal are positive, the
company's finance chief told German business daily
BoersenZeitung, saying that "only a minority has a critical
stance on the transaction."

* Flughafen Zuerich FHZN.S said its September passenger

* Georg Fischer FIN.S said its casting solutions unit
has completed its withdrawal from the automotive irons castings
unit in Europe, in a deal which will reduce its operating profit
