** Co posts higher Q3 profit, helped by record upstream production and stronger refining margins
** Posts Q3 profit of C$3.36 billion compared to C$1.29 billion from last year
** Reports highest-ever quarterly upstream production of 1.024 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd), compared with 832,900 boepd a year ago
** As of last close, CVE up 81.7% YTD
