In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), the total number of issued ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") is 151,410,226 as at 30 November 2018.
 
The Company holds 6,964,613 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
 
The total number of voting rights in the Company for the purposes of the DTR is therefore 144,445,613.
