Director Declaration - Leslie-Ann Reed

Centaur Media Plc, an international provider of business intelligence,
learning and specialist consultancy, notes yesterday's announcement
from Frontier Developments plc ("Frontier") that Leslie-Ann Reed will join
the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit
Committee on 1 June 2023.

 

Leslie-Ann continues as Centaur's Non-Executive Director. She has been a
Non-Executive Director of Centaur since March 2020 and is Chair of the Audit
Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

 

This disclosure is made in adherence to the Listing Rules (9.6.14R).
