Notification of Transactions by a Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and (c), the Company was today advised that on 15 September 2014 the following Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility exercised nil-cost options granted under The Centaur Media Plc Senior Executive Long-Term Incentive Plan. 
The Company was also notified on the same date that shares were sold to cover the individual's tax liabilities arising on the exercise of the abovementioned options. All of the sales were at a price of 57.5 pence per share:
