Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in
accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

On 24 March 2022, the following awards over ordinary shares of 10 pence in
Centaur Media Plc      were granted under the Centaur Media Long Term
