Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging

accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

On 12 May 2022, the following awards over ordinary shares of 10 pence in
Centaur Media Plc      were granted under the Centaur Media Deferred
Share Bonus Plan to the following persons discharging managerial
