Director Shareholding
The Company announces that on 4 August 2014, 85,000 nil-cost options (the "Award") granted under The Centaur Media Plc 2010 Retention Plan were exercised by MH Kerswell, a director of the Company.
Of the options exercised, 39,952 were sold at a price of 0.6075 each and the balance of 45,048 was transferred into his own name.
Following the exercise of the Award, MH Kerswell's holding in the Company as at 5 August 2014 was as follows:
