from WPEF IX Holding Coöperatief W.A. ("WPEF") regarding the highly
preliminary conversations that had taken place last month.

 

The Company recently held a Capital Markets Day to announce its exciting
four-year Build, Invest and Grow strategy (BIG27) and remains focused on
delivering a step-change in revenue growth, with a mid-term target of £60
million high quality and strategically valuable annual revenue. The board of
directors of the Company remains confident in Centaur's growth strategy and
its ability to maintain a competitive edge in its markets.
