Result of Court Hearing

 

Centaur is pleased to announce that, following the Court Hearing today, the
Court has confirmed the Reduction of Capital. A copy of the Court Order is
expected to be registered with the Registrar of Companies on 19 March 2026,
following which the Reduction of Capital will be effective.

By way of reminder, the Reduction of Capital is being undertaken to create
additional distributable reserves for the Company in order to supplement
existing distributable reserves prior to completion of the Tender Offer.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined,
have the same meanings as set out in the Circular.

The remaining expected timetable of principal events for the Tender Offer
remains as set out in Part I of the Circular, as below:
