Central Asia Metals plc (AIM: CAML) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available for download from the Company's website at www.centralasiametals.com. 
Notice of the Company's AGM will be issued after the cancellation of the amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account, recently approved by shareholders, has been approved by the Court and registered at Companies House.
