Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and notice of its Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available for download from the Company's website at www.centralasiametals.com. 
The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT at 12:00 noon on 8 June 2016.
