Director Shareholding
Central Asia Metals plc (AIM: CAML), was today notified that, on 9 December 2016, Nigel Hurst-Brown, Deputy Chairman of the Company, acquired 215,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for no consideration from a third party. 
Following the above transaction, Mr Hurst-Brown has an interest in a total of 909,065 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.81 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
