    * Says it will set up a JV with Zhejiang-based firm which is
affiliated company of Zhejiang Juhua Co Ltd  600160.SS , in
December 
    * The JV will be engaged in manufacture and sale of
specialty
gases for WF6 semiconductor 
    * Says it will hold 49 percent stake in the JV
