** Oil & gas explorer and producer says it signed gas supply
agreement with Incitec Pivot Fertilisers, a unit of Australia's
Incitec Pivot IPL.AX
** Agreement for supply of 0.87 Petajoules of gas (net to
Central) in FY24
** CTP down 46.3% YTD, as of last close
