The principal activities of the Company consist of development, production, processing and marketing of hydrocarbons, and associated exploration. The Company's operating segments include Producing assets, which includes production and sale of crude oil, natural gas and associated petroleum products from fields that are in production phase; Development assets, which includes fields under development in preparation for the sale of petroleum products; Exploration assets, which includes exploration and evaluation of permit areas, and Corporate items. Its licenses include the Palm Valley Gas Field, Dingo Gas Field and Surrounding Area; Surprise Oil Field; EP 115; North Mereenie Block; Mereenie Oil and Gas Field; Georgina Basin; Southern Georgina Basin; Ooraminna Retention Licenses, and various exploration application areas in Amadeus, Pedirka and Wiso Basins.
