as 1.3% to A$3.19, their highest level since July 19
    ** The real estate investment trust posted FY statutory
profit of A$48.1 mln ($31.27 mln) vs loss of A$76.6 mln from
FY23
    ** Co says FY24 funds from operations 109.3 mln vs 108.1 mln
in FY23 
    ** Stock has fallen 3.1% this year, as of last close
