** Australia's Centuria Industrial REIT CIP.AX rises as much as 3% to A$3.12, marking biggest intraday pct jump since August 6, 2025 
** CIP hits highest level since June 29
** Co posts FY26 statutory profit of A$160.4 million ($113.19 million), up from A$133.1 million in FY25
** Posts FY FFO 18.2 Australian cents per unit (cpu) and declares distribution of 16.8 Australian cpu, both higher than last year
** Projects FY27 FFO of 18.8–19.2 Australian cpu, up to 5.5% above FY26, and distribution of 17.3 Australian cpu, 3% above FY26
** UBS and Jefferies note both projections above consensus; UBS sees them driven by divestment activity and buyback
** Stock down 6.7% YTD
