** Shares of Australia's Centuria Industrial REIT CIP.AX climb as much as 4.2% to A$3.335, their highest since late September 2024

** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct gain since April 10
** REIT posts FY net income of A$133.1 million ($86.18 million), compared with A$48.1 million last year
** Declares distribution of 4.075 Australian cents per share for quarter ended June 30
** Sees funds from operations for FY26 in range of 18.0 to 18.5 Australian cents per unit, 6% higher than FY25

** Sees FY26 distribution outlook of 16.8 Australian cpu, 3% above FY25
** Stock up ~18%, YTD
