4.6% to A$1.355, marking its biggest intraday pct fall since
March 22
    ** Stock at lowest level since June 26
    ** Real estate trust swings to a loss in FY23 from a profit
last year
    ** Co posts a 11.3% fall in FY23 funds from operation (FFO),
missing Jefferies estimates  
    ** FY24 distribution per unit 10.7% lower than consensus
estimates 
    ** Jefferies cautious of suburban office markets prospects,
citing work from home headwinds 
    ** Stock has fallen 7.2 pct this year, as of last close
