Centuria Office REIT, formerly Centuria Metropolitan REIT (Trust), is an Australia-based registered managed investment scheme. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest in commercial office property within Australia. The Trust operates in investments in Australian metropolitan and business park office property segment. It is managed by Centuria Property Funds Limited (CPFL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Centuria Capital. The Trust's property portfolio is spread across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth and Adelaide.
