1.9% to A$1.193, biggest intraday pct gain since April 23
    ** Real estate investment trust reaffirms FY24 funds from
operations guidance of 13.8 AU cents per unit
    ** Centuria also reiterates distribution guidance of 12.0 AU
cents per unit
    ** More than 242,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 625,514 shares
    ** Stock down 12.7% this year, as of last close
