** Centuria Office REIT  COF.AX  rises as much as 3.4% to
A$1.308, set for best day since Dec. 27 - if current gains hold
    ** REIT reports HY total revenue of A$84.9 mln ($55.28 mln),
an increase of 1.3% 
    ** Reaffirms FY24 FFO (funds from operations) forecast of
13.8 AU cents per unit
    ** Re-confirms FY24 distribution forecast of 12 AU cents per
unit
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Feb. 1
    ** Stock down 5.6% this year, as of last close
