Australia's Centuria Office REIT hits 2-week high on property acquisition

** Centuria Office REIT  COF.AX  shares climb as much as
1.8% to A$1.770, their highest level since June 30 
    ** Says it acquired an office building in Adelaide for
A$40.2 mln ($27.21 mln)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX53F7jR
    ** Says the property is currently under construction and
completion is expected in the second half of FY23
    ** Stock on track for a second consecutive session of gains 
    ** COF is down 25.6% this year, as of last close
