** Shares of Australia's Centuria Office REIT COF.AX rise 3.6% to A$1.155, their highest since December 4

** Pureplay office real estate investment trust has agreed to divest its '9 Help Street, Chatswood' property in New South Wales to a private investor for A$90 million ($59.40 million), representing a 12.5% premium to book value
