** Shares of Centuria Office REIT  COF.AX  slide as much as
3.7% to A$1.31, set for biggest daily drop since Sept 28, if
current trend holds
    ** Stock hits its lowest level since Dec 7 
    ** COF declared on Dec 5 dividend of 14 AU cents per unit
for the year ended June 30, lower than 16.6 AU cents in the
previous year
    ** Co had said it would trade ex-dividend on Dec 28 
    ** Stock down 11.1% this year, as of last close
