Appointment of new auditors

 

CEPS is pleased to announce the that it has approved the appointment of
Saffery LLP as the Group's auditor following the completion of a formal tender
process.  Cooper Parry Group Limited, who has been the Group's auditor since
2018, did not participate in the tender process and has now resigned as
auditor.

 

Saffery LLP will report on the Group's financial statements for the year
ending 31 December 2024.  The re-appointment of Saffery LLP for the year
ending 31 December 2025 will be subject to the approval by shareholders at the
next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in June 2025.

 

Commenting on the change, David Horner, Chairman, said: "We would like to
thank Cooper Parry Group Limited for the professionalism it has demonstrated
over many years in its role as external auditor.  We look forward to working
with Saffery LLP in the next phase of CEPS' development and growth".
