CHELVERTON GROWTH TRUST UPDATE

 

Further to the announcement made on 8 November, shareholders should be aware
that at Chelverton Growth Trust Plc's ("CGT") general meeting held yesterday,
the resolution to distribute its shareholding in the Company, which amounts to
5,460,301 shares (representing approximately 26 per cent. of the issued share
capital of CEPS), in specie pro rata to CGT shareholders was passed.

 

The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the content of this
