Director's dealings
The Board of CEPS announces that it was informed on 25 January 2021 that the wife of David Horner (Chairman of the Company), Mrs M C Horner, purchased through her ISA account 12,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.62 pence per Ordinary Share and 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 January 2021.
 
Following the above transactions, the beneficial holdings of the Horner family have increased to 4,903,810 Ordinary Shares, representing 28.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
 
The announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
