Response to Press Speculation

CEPS notes recent press speculation and confirms that it is in negotiations
with a third party regarding a possible disposal of one of its subsidiaries,
ICA Group Limited ("ICA Group").

No agreement has been reached, and the Board emphasises that there can be no
certainty that any firm offer for ICA Group will be made, nor as to the terms
on which any offer might be made.

A further announcement will be made if and when appropriate.

The information contained within this announcement is deemed to constitute
inside information as stipulated under the retained EU law version of the
Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (the "UK MAR") which is part of UK
