Result of General Meeting

CEPS is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held today,
the Resolution put to shareholders to approve the proposed disposal of ICA
Group Limited was duly passed.  The Board notes that, of the proxy votes
received, 99.92% were in favour of the Resolution.

A further announcement will be made in due course, once the remaining
conditions, as described in the Shareholder Circular dated 12 February 2026,
have been satisfied, and completion has occurred.
