much as ~10% to $4.17; last up 3.4%, on course for second
straight session of gains
    ** CPTN appoints its vice president of finance and strategy
Hull Xu as its CFO effective today
    ** Xu succeeds Winston Fu, who will remain with the co as an

    ** Co adds Fu will also remain on the board of directors and
become vice chairman
    ** Stock down ~60% this year
