CFO Appointment Confirmation

 

Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software
solutions provider, confirms that Greg Price will join the Company as Chief
Financial Officer and will be appointed to the Company's Board of Directors on
1 May 2026. The disclosure below outlines further details required by AIM Rule
17 and Schedule Two Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Gregory Laurence Price, aged 50, holds or has held the following directorships
