PDMR and PCA shareholding

 

Cerillion plc, the billing, charging and customer relationship management
software solutions provider, announces it has been notified that on 20
November 2023, Mr Mark Nicholls, Chief Operating Officer, together with his
spouse, Mrs June Nicholls, sold in aggregate 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5
pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted
average price of 1,304.78 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, Mr Mark
Nicholls has transferred 15,000 Ordinary Shares to his spouse, Mrs June
Nicholls.

 

Following the sales, Mr Mark Nicholls' total beneficial interest (together
with his spouse) is 50,029 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17% of the
Company's issued share capital.
