BRIEF-CEZ Says Pace Of LNG Imports Via Eemshaven Terminal Has Not Slowed This Year Oct 1 (Reuters) - CEZ as CEZP.PR:
CEZ: PACE OF LNG IMPORTS VIA EEMSHAVEN TERMINAL HAS NOT SLOWED THIS YEAR
"LNG supplies via the Eemshaven facility helped us secure sufficient gas for Czech households and industry, even during the energy crisis. The current situation further confirms what a crucial decision our investment in the floating terminal's capacity was. While the war in the Middle East has significantly disrupted global gas trade, liquefied natural gas for ČEZ continues to flow to Eemshaven without interruption. We transport the majority of the commodity via tankers directly from sources in the United States," CEZ chief executive Daniel Benes says in statement
Operation started four years ago and 92 ships commissioned by CEZ have arrived in that time, delivering 8.2 billion cubic meters of gas
