    * Says it will set up information security related JV in 
Tokyo, with Venture Bridge Co.,Ltd. and Tokyo-based information 
security firm, SOFTCAMP JAPAN, effective Sept. 12  
    * Says it, Venture Bridge Co.,Ltd. and SOFTCAMP JAPAN will 
hold 39 percent stake, 10 percent stake and 51 percent stake in 
the JV respectively
