Notice of AGM, Annual Report, and Directorate Change

 

Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with an operating mine
in Armenia, and assets at various stages of development in the Kyrgyz
Republic, announces that later today it will post its 2022 notice of annual
general meeting ("AGM Notice") and annual report and financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2021 ("Annual Report").  These documents are now
available on the Company's website.

Chaarat's shareholders who have not elected for electronic communications and

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 am on Tuesday, 17
May 2022 at 15 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HB.

 

Chaarat also announces that Warren Gilman has notified the board of his
intention not to seek re-election at the 2022 annual general meeting due to
other business commitments.  He will therefore step down on 17 May 2022.

 

Martin Andersson, Executive Chair of Chaarat, commented: "On behalf of Chaarat
I would like to thank Warren for his valuable contribution as a director
