("Chaarat" or the "Company")
Director Dealings
Chaarat (AIM: CGH), a mining explorer and developer with projects in the
Kyrgyz Republic, has received notification of the share dealings of the
following directors.
Hussein Barma, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 241,748
ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a share
price of approximately £0.00156 per Ordinary Share on 14 August 2024.
Gordon Wylie, Senior Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Company, has
today sold 512,429 Ordinary Shares, at a share price of approximately
£0.00140 per Ordinary Share. Robert Benbow, Non-Executive Director of the
Company, has today sold 1,144,843 Ordinary Shares, at a share price of
approximately £0.00143 per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr Barma's stake in the Company is 35,000
shares, representing approximately 0.005% of the Company's existing issued
share capital. Mr Wylie's stake in the Company is 63,833 shares, representing
approximately 0.01% of the Company's existing issued share capital. Mr
Benbow's stake in the Company is 235,000 shares representing approximately
0.03% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
