("Chaarat" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining Company with an operating mine
in Armenia and assets at various stages of development in the Kyrgyz Republic,
has been informed that Labro Investments Limited ("Labro"), the majority of
shares in which the Company's Chairman, Martin Andersson, is indirectly
beneficially interested, has made the following market purchases of ordinary
shares of US$0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
• on 20 September 2022, 250,000 Ordinary Shares at an aggregate price of
approximately 14.29 pence per Ordinary Share;
• on 21 September 2022, 83,312 Ordinary Shares at an aggregate price of
approximately 14.31 pence per Ordinary Share;
• on 22 September 2022, 153,499 Ordinary Shares at an aggregate price of
approximately 14.33 pence per Ordinary Share; and
• on 23 September 2022, 289,951 Ordinary Shares at an aggregate price of
approximately 14.12 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Labro now holds 308,595,625 Ordinary Shares,
representing 44.75% of the Company's issued share capital. The combined
holding of Labro and Martin Andersson is now 315,565,217 Ordinary Shares
representing 45.76% of the Company's issued share capital.
