Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with an operating mine
in Armenia, and assets at various stages of development in the Kyrgyz
Republic, announces that it will shortly post its 2023 notice of annual
general meeting ("AGM Notice") and annual report and financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2022 ("Annual Report"). These documents are now
