 2163.HK  fall as much as 15.6% to HK$16.80, their lowest since
March 10 
    ** Stock last down 12.5%, on course for the worst session
since Jan. 11; the biggest percentage decliner on the Hong Kong
bourse
    ** Hunan-based prefabricated concrete unit manufacturer says
its application for a proposed A share offering has not yet been
approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and registered with the
CSRC, and it has decided to withdraw the application
