** Shares of Charger Metals  CHR.AX  jump as much as 14.7%
to A$0.488, their biggest intraday pct gain since Oct 14
    ** Miner confirms https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20211027/pdf/45258bf872h6zf.pdf
 three lithium targets at Bynoe project in Northern Territory
    ** CHR owns 70% of the project and Lithium Australia
 LIT.AX  has the remaining stake
    ** Stock hits its highest since Oct 14, on track for its
third straight session of gains
    ** About 711,386 shares change hands, almost double the
30-day average volume of 391,122 shares
    ** CHR's busiest trading day since Oct 14
    ** Since its ASX debut on July 9, CHR almost doubled, as of
