Issue of Placing and Subscription Shares and Total Voting Rights
Chariot (AIM: CHAR), the African focused transitional energy company,
announces the issuance of new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing and
Subscription announced on 2 December 2021.
The Company has today issued 101,639,842 new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the
Placing and Subscription, which have been admitted to trading on AIM.
Following admission of the Placing Shares and Subscription Shares to trading
on AIM, the Company has 738,362,921 Ordinary Shares in issue and there are no
shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed in
the announcement made on 2 December 2021 unless the context requires
otherwise.
