Chariot Limited is a Guernsey-based energy company. The Company’s segments include Upstream Oil & Gas, Renewable Power, Green Hydrogen, and corporate costs. The Upstream Oil & Gas segment is focused on building a growth chain within Africa. The Renewable Power segment is focused on providing reliable energy solutions across Southern Africa as well as progressing the development of its power-to-mining projects on the continent. The Company's Green Hydrogen project, named Project Nour, spans two onshore areas totaling approximately 5,000 square kilometers (km2), across northern Mauritania. The Company's assets in Morocco offer a range of near-term development assets and drill-ready exploration prospects that have commercial fundamentals. It holds direct equity in two large-scale wind assets, along with its material stake in Etana Energy's expanding electricity trading business. The Company's subsidiaries include Chariot Oil & Gas Investments (Namibia) Limited, among others.
