Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Chariot Limited (AIM: CHAR), the Africa focused transitional energy group,
held its Annual General Meeting at 11.00am today and is pleased to confirm
that all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of
