Director's Dealings 
 
On 17 July 2015 William Trojan, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 74,820
ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.5p per
share. Following this purchase Mr. Trojan holds 266,633 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
In accordance with the Company's Non-Executive Directors' Restricted Share
Unit Plan, Mr. Trojan will receive a matching share award of 74,820 shares.
These shares will vest in equal instalments over the next three years on 17
July 2016, 2017 and 2018 provided that Mr. Trojan retains all of the shares
purchased on 17 July 2015.
